Fruit infusions, healthy flavours

Fruit infusions, healthy flavours

Hydrating, satiating and low in calories

Nowadays there are healthy, original alternatives to water that can help us consume more liquids. We are talking about fruit infusions.

Unlike other drinks with a lot of sugar and preservatives, these herbal teas hydrate, calm the appetite and provide more vitamins without calories or chemical sweeteners.

A type of water for every purpose

  1. Purifying: water with lemon, cucumber and mint leaves. This detoxifying herbal tea helps eliminate toxins, regulates the metabolism, stimulates blood circulation and prevents fluid retention.
  1. Fat burner: water with apple and cinnamon. This combination balances intestinal transit and makes fat burn faster.
  1. Digestive: water with fresh mint, lemon, ginger and fennel. It promotes the breakdown and absorption of food, and settles the stomach after meals.
  1. Laxative: water with cucumber and coriander. A drink with laxative and detoxifying properties to prevent constipation, help eliminate toxins and avoid food poisoning.
  1. Soothing: water with basil, lime and strawberries. This diuretic remedy calms the nerves and makes the skin more radiant, thanks above all to the magnesium and vitamin C.
  1. Invigorating: water with pineapple and cranberry. This protein-rich food helps treat bloating after heavy meals and stimulates bowel movement.

Although they contain fruit, such infusions should not replace your recommended five-a-day. These flavoured waters are a good option for those who do not like plain water, although they have limited nutritional value.
