Redesign your mornings, redesign your energy


Stretching, a healthy breakfast and a realistic schedule of the day ahead will help you make the most of it.

Mornings can often be a challenge: those cosy sheets often make it hard to leave the bed. Hitting the snooze button over and over before taking the leap and starting the day becomes second nature.

But with a little planning, you can turn things around. It won’t take long and you’ll make your day more productive. Take note!

For starters… some stretching!

Set aside just 7 or 8 minutes to stretch and activate your circulation and energy. Focus on your neck, back, arms and legs to leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. 

Time for breakfast

Ideally, it should include dairy, protein, carbohydrates, fruit and whole grains. Oat porridge, yoghurt with berries and quinoa, avocado toast and salmon and cottage cheese with honey and nuts are tasty options.

Plan your day

Spend a few minutes reviewing your schedule. Check things off your to-do list in order of importance will make you more efficient and help prevent stress. Start with the most urgent task, tackle it fully, and move on to the next task, without multitasking.
