5 tips for eating healthily and not getting bored

Make original dishes, both delicious and good for your health, without falling into a routine

Following a healthy diet does not mean always eating salad and grilled chicken breast. There are lots of fun, tasty and nutritious recipes that are not only good for you, but will also make your day.

We’ll help you break the kitchen monotony.

5 tips for spicing up your meals

– Become a health nut. Make a healthier version of your favourite dishes. But how? Make them at home, replace refined flours with wholemeal and use natural ingredients. Pizza with a cauliflower base, lettuce burritos and banana cake are just some examples.

Bowls. Assemble a combo dish with different fresh foods, and you’ll have a simple, super healthy meal that’s bursting with flavour. Mix vegetables with rice, egg, pasta, fruit, prawns… The more ingredients you use, the less quantity of each.

– New dressings. Put a spin on your salads with natural, intense and exotic dressings. You can prepare portions of extra virgin olive oil with garlic and rosemary; orange and lemon juice with mustard; or butter with nuts and lemon.

-Au gratin. Baked dishes are an easy, quick and clean option. On the tray, place aubergines stuffed with vegetables, courgette with mushrooms, peppers with rice, broccoli, spinach, etc. Then add cheese on top (from pasteurised or raw milk) and bake until roasted.

– Pulses. They provide high-value protein, contain few calories and satiate for a long time. Eat them stewed or in salad with vegetables (no sausage). If you serve them with brown rice, you’ll get a nutritionally well-rounded dish.

Be bold and combine different ingredients for previously undiscovered flavours.
